Interview Process

Complete the online application through FACTS along with the application fee. Current transcripts can be faxed or mailed to ACS for review.

We encourage prospective students to visit our school for a day to ‘shadow’ a current student. This is the most effective way for potential students to experience our school community first hand.

Schedule a date for entrance testing to be completed prior to the start of school. The complete process usually extends for 2 hours. The focus of the tests are on math and reading.

Schedule a date to meet with the administration. Students entering 5th grade and above should plan to be in attendance at the meeting.

ACS Handbook

Online Application

To begin a new student application use the provided link. Follow the steps outlined in FACTS and submit an application with payment to activate your account.

Book Fees

Each student is responsible for book fees in addition to tuition. Payment must be made by July 31 of the school year.

Technology

Students in 6th grade and above are required to purchase Chromebooks for the school year along with a management software application for school internet security.

Dress Code Policy

Tuition assistance is based on financial needs and on available funds. Tuition assistance is not available for any student below K5. An application and fee must have been submitted prior to requesting tuition assistance. There is an application fee (payable directly to FACTS). The deadline for submission is June 10.
