A ppalachian Christian School (formerly known as Afton Christian School) moved to a new location for the 2020-21 school term. Our new campus is located at 320 Maple Ave., Waynesboro, VA 22980 formerly known as St. John the Evangelist.

We offer transportation services to the Crozet and Afton areas for pick-up and drop-off.

ACS has a yearly Biblical focus that is taught through special services and chapel speakers.

Relationship Centered

Although a salvation statement is not required from parents or students for enrollment, it is our prayer that our students have a personal relationship with Jesus. Our basic discipleship and training philosophy is centered around loving God.

Truth Building

Through apologetics and Biblical studies, students will gain knowledge of truth from God’s Word. As they grow in that knowledge a deeper understanding of defending their faith, exploring worldview and cultural analysis will develop.

Active Faith

Students are encouraged to make a difference in God’s Kingdom. Students will achieve success by seeking God’s purpose and calling for their life in order to impact people for Christ.
