You are warmly invited to join us for our Annual Vision Dinner as we gather under this year’s theme, “Led by the Shepherd. Sustained by His Provision.” Rooted in the promises of Psalm 23 and John 10, the evening will celebrate the faithful leadership of the Good Shepherd and the abundant provision He has extended to our school through the years.
Guests will enjoy a reception beginning at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM, as we reflect on God’s goodness, share stories of impact, and present the vision for the season ahead. This adults-only event provides an opportunity to engage more deeply with the mission of our school and the direction in which the Lord is leading us.
There is no cost to attend. During the evening, an opportunity will be presented for those who feel led to partner with us through a financial gift as we continue to steward this work faithfully.
You can also support this event by helping us extend the invitation. Consider sharing this opportunity with others who value Christ-centered education. We especially welcome Table Hosts—individuals who commit to filling one table of eight guests. Serving as a Table Host is a meaningful way to introduce others to the vision and ministry of our school while strengthening the community gathered around it.
We invite you to reserve your place at the table and be part of this evening of gratitude and forward-looking faith.

Sponsorship Fund
Sponsorship of a student’s Christian education is one of the most treasured gifts a child can receive and a most fulfilling experience for the donor. It is truly a “living” investment. In today’s economy, some parents are faced with making the painful decision of removing their child from Christian education or choosing which child may attend a Christian school over another. Thank you for your consideration of this all-important option of the campaign. Many donors choose to make monthly donations to meet the need of one student desiring Christian education, who would not have had this opportunity otherwise.
Please note that all tax-deductible donations cannot be directed to a specific child’s tuition. If you would like further information regarding the criteria for distributing sponsorship funds, please contact the school office by phone or email.
Planned Giving
Planned gift instruments can allow a donor to keep the earning power of the asset and take a tax deduction, potentially get a portion of their income back tax-free, all while giving away their asset, making the charitable gift, receiving benefits, and getting an income for the rest of their life.
Examples of planned gift instruments: Charitable Gift Annuity, An Annuity Trust, Charitable Unitrust, Simple Will Bequest, Life Estates
This is not an exhaustive list but examples of the most popular instruments in use today. There may be better options depending on your individual needs. If you wish to learn more about the technical side of one or more of these instruments we can offer a free consultation or seminar with our Licensed Financial Planner liaison. Please contact the office by phone or email to schedule an appointment.
Honorarium
Honorariums (or Memorial gifts) are monetary gifts that serve as a tribute donation honoring a loved one or a friend in a unique and meaningful way. A special gift to ACS is a great way to commemorate a life past by recognizing the important role our work plays in the lives of current students and staff. Gifts can be made by individuals or on behalf of groups such as neighbors or co-workers.
To make a donation in memory of a loved one, simply designate by marking your online gift or pledge card accordingly. You will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation immediately by email.
All donations are appreciated; however, pledges are important to permit ACS to budget each year. With greater contributions, ACS can add programs, staff or services to our school.
